Feta, Avocado and Peach Salad
From Eat Greek for a Week by Tonia Buxton. I love Greek food and since we are in Cyprus for a couple of weeks (Greek part) will be eating quite a few things from this book.
Spiced parsnip & apple soup from MY Waitrose. I have no doubt whats so ever that the yelow colour reproduced on the Waitrose recipe booklet is unreal. Did you ever see a parsnip that colour?
With helpful advice and encouragement from Hugo and Charlotte I think I've perfected the burger by using best possible ingredients. Heston brioche bun, low fat burger, dry cured smoked pancetta rashers with dash of maple syrup, halloumi burger and layer of jack cheese then spread of avocado with lemon.
